10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DocXtractor regarding the use of the Services.
  • Waiver and Severability: Any waiver or failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of such provision on any other occasion. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without DocXtractor’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect. DocXtractor may assign or transfer these Terms at its sole discretion.
